Enable swatches in WooCommerce filter widgets

The default filter widgets in WooCommerce work well, but they all look the same; a list of checkboxes.

Fortunately, if you're using our WooCommerce Attribute Swatches plugin, you can replace those checkboxes with your configured swatches.

  1. Navigate to your WordPress admin area.
  2. Go to Products >  Attributes.
  3. Hover the attribute you'd like to enable swatches for in the filters and click Edit.
  4. Scroll down to Show Swatch in Filters? and change it to Yes.
  5. Click Update.

The filter widget will now use the swatches you've configured for that attribute.
